Two cameras, one unit:

The eufyCam S4 is a dual-lens outdoor security camera that combines a fixed 4K wide-angle bullet camera with a 2K pan-tilt-zoom camera in a single housing. The upper lens delivers a 130° field of view to capture the full scene, while the lower PTZ lens rotates 360° and auto-tracks moving subjects up to 50 metres away. Eufy s4 camera users get complete coverage without installing separate devices, and the eufy cam s4 design keeps wiring and mounting to a minimum.

SolarPlus 2.0 charging with a 10,000mAh Quick-Swap battery:

The included 5.5W solar panel uses eufy's SolarPlus™ 2.0 technology and begins charging at 2,500 lux - just one hour of direct sunlight a day is enough to keep the camera running. The 10,000mAh Quick-Swap rechargeable battery can be removed and replaced with a spare (sold separately), and the camera can also be switched to continuous 24/7 recording by connecting the supplied 4.2m cable kit to a USB-C power adapter (5V/2A or above, not included).

Local storage and smart detection:

The eufyCam S4 stores footage locally on 32GB of built-in eMMC storage with no monthly subscription required, expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card (not included). Motion alerts are triggered by a combination of radar and PIR sensors, reducing false alarms from passing vehicles or tree movement. Pairing with a HomeBase S380 (sold separately) unlocks BionicMind™ AI, which can distinguish familiar faces from strangers and expand local storage up to 16TB.

Weatherproof with a built-in siren:

Rated IP65, the S4 handles rain, snow, and dust across an operating temperature range of -20°C to 55°C. Setup and Care

Getting started:

Average installation time is 5 to 10 minutes. Use the supplied positioning stickers to mark your drill points before fixing the camera bracket, then attach the solar panel bracket at the best angle for sunlight exposure. The camera connects directly to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network without a hub, or pairs with a HomeBase S380 for expanded storage and BionicMind™ AI features.

Solar panel placement:

The solar panel can be mounted on top of the camera housing or positioned separately using the included bracket and extension cable to capture the best available sunlight. The panel begins charging at 2,500 lux, and one hour of direct sunlight per day is sufficient to sustain normal operation. For locations with limited sun exposure, connect the camera to a USB-C power adapter using the supplied cable kit.

Battery and storage management:

The Quick-Swap battery can be removed for indoor charging or swapped for a spare pack without taking the camera off its mount. MicroSD cards up to 256GB can be inserted for additional local storage. The eufy Security app provides storage usage, battery level, and solar charging status at a glance.

Keeping the camera in good condition:

Wipe the lens and solar panel surface periodically with a soft, dry cloth to maintain image clarity and charging efficiency. The IP65 rating protects against rain and dust in normal outdoor conditions. Do not submerge the unit or use abrasive cleaning materials on any surface.
