Setup and Care

Positioning Your TV:

First-Time Setup:

Tizen One UI guides you through network connection, account sign-in, and input assignment during initial setup. Connect your broadband router to the Ethernet port or use Wi-Fi 6E for a wireless connection; the SmartThings app on your phone can also assist with setup and device pairing. Once connected, the TV will check for software updates automatically and apply them to keep features current.

Screen Care:

Clean the screen gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth, wiping in a single direction to avoid surface marks. Avoid spraying liquid directly onto the panel; if needed, dampen the cloth lightly and wring it out thoroughly before use. Avoid abrasive cloths or cleaning products containing alcohol, acetone, or ammonia.
