Soundcore Q21i Wireless Bluetooth Headphones with Hybrid ANC and 60-Hour Battery

Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling that actually works:

The Q21i uses a four-microphone Hybrid ANC system - two internal and two external microphones work in tandem to detect and reduce outside noise by up to 90%, covering sounds like plane engines and traffic. You can switch between ANC, Normal, and Transparency Mode depending on your surroundings, giving you full control over how much of the outside world you let in. The soundcore Q21i wireless Bluetooth noise-cancelling headphones are well suited to commuting, open-plan offices, and focused study sessions alike.

BassUp technology and Hi-Res Audio certification:

Oversized 40 mm dynamic drivers sit at the heart of the Q21i, covering a frequency range of 20 to 20,000 Hz for detailed audio reproduction. BassUp technology analyses and boosts low frequencies in real time, adding weight and depth to bass-heavy tracks without muddying the rest of the mix. Connect via the included 3.5 mm aux cable to unlock Hi-Res Audio certification and hear more of what your music was recorded with.

60-hour battery with fast charge:

With ANC switched on, the Q21i delivers up to 40 hours of playback on a full charge. Switch ANC off and that extends to 60 hours - enough for a full working week and beyond without reaching for the USB-C cable. If you are caught short, a 5-minute fast charge adds 4 hours of playtime.

Multipoint connection and app control:

Bluetooth 5.3 with a 15-metre range keeps your connection stable, and Google Fast Pair gets you connected quickly on compatible Android devices. Multipoint pairing lets you stay connected to two devices at once - switch between your laptop and phone without disconnecting and reconnecting manually. The soundcore app provides access to 22 EQ presets, ANC mode selection, and white noise options so you can tailor the listening experience to suit you.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the free soundcore app before powering on for the first time to access all 22 EQ presets and noise mode settings from the outset. Enable Google Fast Pair on a compatible Android device and the Q21i will connect automatically within range. To pair with non-Android devices, hold the Bluetooth button until the indicator flashes.

Charging and battery care:

Charge via the included USB-C cable connected to a 5 V / 0.5 W to 3.5 W USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 60 hours of playback with ANC off. This product does not support PD fast charging, so use a standard USB port or adaptor rather than a high-wattage PD charger.

Keeping the headphones in good condition:

Wipe the ear cups and headband with a soft, slightly damp cloth - avoid wet wipes, solvents, or abrasive materials that could affect the leatherette finish. Fold the ear cups flat before storing to reduce stress on the hinges during transport. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Wired listening:

Connect the included 3.5 mm aux cable to the headphone jack for wired listening, which also enables Hi-Res Audio certification. Wired mode functions even when the battery is fully depleted, so you always have an audio connection available. The 0.5 m cable length is suited to use with a device held in hand or kept close by.
