Setup and Care

Getting started:

Charge the headphones fully using the included USB-C cable before first use. Download the free soundcore app on iOS or Android to complete HearID setup and customise your controls, EQ, and ANC settings.

Pairing your devices:

Hold the power button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Android users can take advantage of Google Fast Pair for instant one-tap connection. For multipoint, pair your second device while the first is connected - the headphones remember up to two active connections.

Getting the best sound:

Run the HearID test in the soundcore app to generate your personalised EQ profile. For highest audio quality wireless streaming, select the LDAC option in the app when connected to a compatible Android device. Switch to the included AUX cable for certified Hi-Res Audio wired listening.

Keeping them in good condition:

Wipe the ear cups and headband with a soft dry cloth after extended use. Store the headphones folded in the included cloth pouch to protect them during travel. Charge at temperatures between 0°C and 45°C for best battery performance.
