Setup and Care

Positioning:

Allow at least 10 cm of clearance around the TV for adequate ventilation. The stand footprint measures 812.6 mm wide by 199 mm deep, so check your surface dimensions before installation. For wall mounting, the VESA pattern is 200 × 200 mm.

Getting Connected:

Connect your broadband router to the Ethernet port for a stable streaming connection, or use built-in Wi-Fi 5 for wireless setup. All three HDMI ports support 4K at 60 Hz, so connect your console or streaming stick to any of them. Apple AirPlay and Google Cast are available once the TV is connected to your network.

Smart Platform Setup:

On first power-up, the Tizen setup wizard guides you through language, network, and Samsung account sign-in. Linking a Samsung account unlocks Samsung TV Plus, Samsung Health, and personalised Vision AI Companion recommendations. Bixby, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant can each be configured from the Smart Hub settings menu.

Screen Care:

Clean the screen using a soft, dry microfibre cloth, wiping gently without applying pressure. For persistent marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water only - avoid spray cleaners, alcohol, or abrasive materials directly on the panel. The TV should only be powered via the supplied cable connected to a correctly rated mains socket.
