Setup and Care

Positioning the TV:

Place the TV on a flat, stable surface using the included Basic Feet stand, or wall-mount using a VESA-compatible bracket (200 x 200 mm). Allow adequate ventilation around the unit, particularly at the rear, to support normal operation. The three-side bezel-less design means the screen area extends close to the edge of the frame, so allow sufficient clearance on all sides.

Initial Setup:

Connect the power cable and follow the Tizen on-screen setup guide to connect to your Wi-Fi network and sign in to your Samsung account. The setup process walks through picture preferences, streaming app installation, and smart home device pairing via SmartThings. Software updates can be scheduled to run automatically overnight to keep the TV current.

Getting the Best Picture:

For daytime viewing, the Eco Sensor and AI Energy Mode will adjust brightness automatically based on ambient light levels in the room. For film viewing in a darkened room, Filmmaker Mode disables motion processing and colour adjustments so content is shown as the director intended. HDR 10+ content is detected automatically and processed by the Mini LED Processor 4K without manual adjustment.

Cleaning and Care:

Wipe the screen gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For marks, use a cloth lightly dampened with water only - avoid solvent-based or abrasive cleaners on the panel or casing. The remote control can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth and dried immediately.
