DJI Drones
Three things decide which model suits you: how much you need to carry, what the camera has to deliver, and which controller ships in the box. The compact end of the range is built for travel and quick social clips, with small airframes that pack down and fly without much setup. Stepping up brings a folding body, longer control range and 4K recording, which is where most buyers land for holidays, property and hobby video. The top of the range moves to a larger sensor and a more capable gimbal for work where the footage has to stand up to grading. First-person view is a different discipline again: those aircraft fly with goggles and motion control for immersive low-level flying rather than composed aerial stills, so treat them as an addition to a camera drone rather than a replacement. The second decision is the kit. A single-aircraft listing gives you the drone and one battery, while a Fly More Combo bundles spare batteries, a charging hub and a carry case, which is what most people need once the first battery runs flat mid-flight. Controllers matter too. The RC 2 has its own built-in screen so no phone is needed and nothing depends on your handset battery, while the RC-N2 clamps your own phone into a cradle instead. Check which of the two a listing includes before you compare models, because the same aircraft appears in both forms.
The full brand range sits at DJI, where the Mavic line leads with the Mavic 4 Pro as a single aircraft or a Fly More Combo with RC 2. The Mini range is the widest here, covering the Mini 5 Pro Fly More Combo, the Mini 4 Pro in three configurations across RC 2, RC-N2 and Fly More Combo, and the Mini 4K as a single drone or a combo. Flip and Neo handle the compact end, with the Flip stocked as a standard aircraft or a Fly More Combo with DJI RC 2, and Neo available as a compact single, a Fly More Combo Kit and the Neo 2 supplied as drone only. For first-person flying the Avata 2 FPV Fly More Combo and the Avata 360 Motion Fly More Combo are both stocked. For the wider cross-brand selection see Drones, for current reductions Drones Sale, and for ground-level capture DJI Action Cameras and DJI Microphones.
